If this option is enabled, once you have received money for the products that you have sold, shipping labels will be ready for you to process. In order to ensure that you will not be shipping items to the incorrect customer Laris has implemented a “SCAN/RELEASE” incorrect shipping prevention system. This system will prompt your to scan your internal inventory product barcode and then scan the shipping label tracking number barcode. This process will compare the two numbers and if correct, will release your item from inventory and mark your order or product with a status of “Shipped”. This feature prevents the ability to ship a package to an incorrect buyer or destination.
