From the Overdue Unsettled Sales Section, you can monitor the status of all overdue and unsettled sales. Sort table table using the provided search criteria. From this screen you can view the details of restocking fee payment, dispute type, dispute status, final value credit status, strike issued as well as listing vitals such as user name, dates, sale price etc...

This column signifies if the item has been returned to available inventory |
|
|
This column represents the status of a dispute |
|
|
This column signifies if a strike has been issued |
|

This column represents the status of a Final Value Fee credit |

This icon signifies that the opened dispute is awaiting the buyer's response |
|

This icon signifies that the opened dispute is awaiting the seller's response |

This icon signifies that the dispute has been closed |

|
This icon enables you to respond to a buyer's response or add a comment to your original dispute |

|
This icon enables you to return the item to inventory manually to make it available for listing again |

This icon enables you to modify the requested restocking fee amount |

|
This icon enables you to make the item available for checkout and / or reverse a dispute. Note: if you make an item available for checkout again and the buyer pays for the item, this processes will automatically reverse the dispute. |
