Definition: Prior to configuring mediators, you should already have a mediator account set up on your selling venues. Mediators can be your biggest helping hand when you are unsuccessful in resolving customer complaints or if you end up with negative feedback.
Auction mediators can be a great tool in resolving customer complaints when you are unable to, or if your customer has left you with negative feedback. Prior to configuring the mediators, you should have a mediator account set up.
Choose from the list of mediators displayed below that you would like to use for dispute resolution. When finished selecting the mediators, click on NEXT STEP to proceed to the mediator-specific configuration. If you select more than one mediator you will be prompted to specify the details for each, one page at a time.
Configuring SquareTrade with Laris
Adding your SquareTrade information is a quick procedure:
1. Input your Mediator User Name assigned by SquareTrade
2. Next, specify the e-mail address associated with the mediator account.
3. Finally, SquareTrade provides you with a block of HTML test that, when placed in your listing template will display as a SquareTrade logo link. Customers can click this logo to launch SquareTrade complaints or compliments about your service. You can paste that HTML here.
