Searching
You can search and narrow your shipments in various ways. The most important drop down menu on this page is the Courier & Service Level drop down. You can only see shipments that were processed with certain Shipping Providers.
If you are using Manage Shipments for Customer Service remember to check the Include Printed and Include Sent check boxes. Otherwise, you'll only see unprinted, unsent shipments.

Print Shipping Labels by Scanning Product Number
You can automatically print out shipping labels for processed shipments by scanning the product barcode label. This feature can drastically reduce inaccuracy with your shipping efforts. Best Practice (or just a good idea...): You can send invoices off to your warehouse to have products picked off shelves. Then, if each box in your shipping department has a product label on it, the proper shipping label can be printed for that particular box by scanning the product label. Pretty cool huh?
