Definition: The feedback module helps automate the time intensive task of replying to feedback from customers. Predefine your feedback comments and the feedback module will leave them automatically whenever your customers leaves feedback for you. Feedbacks are completely customizable and will appear personalized, by allowing you to define as many as you would like for each type of feedback (positive, neutral and negative) and then randomly selecting the corresponding feedback.


Start by filling out a standard positive feedback and click the Add button. You can add as many as you want.

You can automatically leave neutral and negative feedbacks, however this is not recommended.
